This week's top picks! Are you ready to #treatyourself?

After a grueling week at work, school, or whatever it may be, the weekend is the time for you to relax and do something for yourself. That is where we, the StayK team come in, giving YOU ideas for your next weekend out with us!

Mountains and Meditation with GetHigh HK

Being stuck indoors leads to a craving for an outdoor adventure; am I right?

Climb and Chill is a challenging yet calming hike led by the founders of GetHigh HK, Trisha, and Jhalak. They have incorporated thrill and relaxation into one with their organized group hikes. This time Trisha and Jhalak will take their budding hikers up Mt Johnston. Which is a whopping 196m in height, making it very steep and certainly not for the faint-hearted. However, hard work does pay off! After reaching the top of Mt Johnston, there will be a peaceful 45-minute movement and meditation session during the sunset. Allowing your body to recuperate from the hike and to let the stress from your daily life be released into the mountain winds. After coming down and crossing the sand bar to Ap Lei Pai Island, you will end a laborious but fulfilling day with a soothing sampan ride back into the city.

(Magnificent sea views within your reach)

Need an extra nudge?

This activity is a great way to meet new people and to try something different. Like, meditating on a mountain with a beautiful sunset in front of you. Why not try it?

For $150, you get companionship, beautiful views, a 45-movement and meditation session with the pros, and to top it off… A SAMPAN RIDE! Can’t go wrong, I’d say.
